My favourite product or topic to train is… Leadership.

What I enjoy most about helping clients learn is… to give them other perspectives and assist them in solving their problems.

One of the biggest challenges for learning in 2026 is… Time. Most businesses are operating understaffed.  Plus follow up after training to discuss the benefits. The key to training is to understand the needs in the initial communication with clients and then design the training to meet those needs.

When I’m not training with CTO I’m… Expand my own learning. I am an operations Manager 2 days a week.

My greatest professional achievement is…General Manager and growing a failing business to success.

When it comes to caffeine… I am a black coffee drinker.

I try to relax by… Watching great drama programs, Playing great music. Laughter with fabulous friends and time with my dogs. I live on an acreage property so fresh air and walks are soothing.

I don’t understand why… Common courtesies are no longer common. It costs nothing to be kind.

I’ve always wanted to travel to… Armish places to see another way of living.

For anyone needing to upskill in my area of expertise this year, one piece of advice I’d give would be… If you think you will be a Manager or a Leader in the future, get some insights through training to give you some insights of what to expect and what will be expected from you.
